How do I get access to Binate Journal?

Binate Journal is currently framed around private iOS beta access. The main access path is the beta signup flow on the homepage.

How do I join the private beta?

Use the beta signup buttons on the homepage to request access. The site does not currently publish an open download link or broad public release date.

Where can support information live?

The iOS product scope includes Help & Support surfaces for contact support, bug reports, feature requests, and FAQ content. Public support details are now available on the Binate Journal support page.

What should I include when reporting an issue?

When beta support is available, useful issue reports should include the space involved, the entry type, the device context, and the expected result. For example, a report about a Lesson entry should mention whether the issue happened while writing, saving, viewing AI status, or opening a derived lesson, memory, or relationship surface.

  • The affected space: Work or Personal.
  • The entry type: Quick note or Guided lesson.
  • The screen or flow where the issue happened.
  • Whether the problem affects writing, saving, search, calendar review, or AI-derived surfaces.

How do I contact support?
