If you use email and password sign-in, open Forgot Password from the login screen to request a password reset email. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, continue with the same provider you used when creating your account.

If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account and describe the request. We may need to verify account ownership before completing deletion or data requests.
